Directions
Place 1 teabag of the blend in a tea kettle or pot of boiling water. Turn off water, allow 10-15 minutes for herbs to infuse. Use a strainer to separate blend, pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy! Feel free to add your favorite natural sweetener and a lemon slice if needed!
