Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the blend in a tea kettle or pot of boiling water. Turn off water, allow 20 minutes for herbs to steep. Use a strainer to separate blend, pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy! Add your favorite natural sweetener and a lemon slice if needed!
Measurements: 1 heaping tablespoon of the blend to 6-8oz of water. Feel free to enjoy this tea up to 3 times per day.
